Kanye West, the reason D'banj's musical career is crippled

By Admin.

2011 was a crucial year for Nigerian music. It was the year when the rulers of pop music made a decision that was to cost them their dominance. D’banj and Don Jazzy, co-owners of Mo’Hits Records had found a way to meet up with Kanye West, where they sold him the Nigerian dream and sound. Kanye did buy it.

“D’Banj travelled to Dubai, at Dubai airport he met Kanye West just like anybody can meet any superstar at the airport.” Don Jazzy said, explaining the root of the end of Mo’Hits.

“He had the courage to go and meet him and introduce himself and that he wants to break into America and that he has done a song with Snoop Dogg and please listen to the song and tell me if it is good. And he understood and he listened to it and he liked it. And he asked us to drop by New York when we were going to LA for the video shoot with Snoop. So when we got to New York, we called them and his manager said we should meet up at Wyclef’s studio and the rest is history.”

The rest simply became history. Mo’Hits became history due to the irreconcilable differences between the business partners. D’banj, ever the opportunist, wanted in on the deal from GOOD Music. Don Jazzy hesitated, and wanted none of it. They argued and split.

D’banj revealed this to Olisa Adibua on his chat show, ‘The Truth: “Maybe Dr Sid? We came back from New York, and we had a meeting with Jazzy. Me and Jazzy. And Jazzy really expressed his discomfort that ‘listen, this place is too expensive. We are spending money, we are going to stay there, things dey happen for Nigeria, we are already bosses here, we don’t need all these…make we just stay here..

“And I’m like ‘we are almost there, like it’s expensive but I know it’s not really guaranteed, because it’s a dog eat dog world out there. And in his own words, ‘you can’t leave certainty for uncertainty,’ which makes sense.

“But I said to him that listen brother this is not uncertainty. For Kanye West to see us is not a joke. He saw us in Dubai, na God. Is it not the same Nigeria that we are doing music that took us there.

“And I asked him that, and he said he didn’t want to go, he didn’t want us to do it again, he said he wasn’t interested. So Jazzy literally said that he wasn’t interested, and I told him, because I had sensed it...before the last concert I had told the lawyers that I felt that it wasn’t…that’s why we had legal papers.

“So they were trying to get him to come around, but I understood totally, which is what I said to you. So when he came back home, he had a meeting and that was in July, and he said he doesn’t want us to do Mo'Hits again. That he doesn’t want us to do Mo'Hits again. And I said to him, ‘Please give me 6 months’.

"So I told him to give me 6 months, that he should please just…for me I was even trying to sell my shares, to convince him again, to sell my shares to someone else, take the money, go abroad and try. To do anything I could, because I had seen that it wasn’t working, and him and Sid had formed this synergy. It was very clear the way…I could see it. He wasn’t very comfortable around me, I didn’t understand what was happening, and me I didn’t…everybody knows that I don’t have time. I was always on the move.

"I wasn’t always on ground to see, and I think that was my mistake – I wasn’t sensitive enough to have noticed. And prior to that, if I felt anything, just as you would do as a boss, you should do whatever needed to be done. So I told him to give me 6 months. I remember December, Iwe had a meeting, and everybody was there, and Don Jazzy also said the same thing which was after 6 months. That was December 2011, and he said, that he had thought about it, and he wasn’t interested. In fact, not just me, that this one wasn’t interested (pointing to others).

“I was heartbroken, I think Kayswitch was with them, it was one voice, and I felt like…what’s happening here? And that’s where I started hearing few things that people just felt that they were not comfortable with me."

D'banj and Kanye West during his GOOD Music Days
D'banj and GOOD Music  (Bellanaija)
The end of Mo’Hits, signaled the music end for D’banj. He was signed to GOOD Music, and Kanye West gave him his blessings, his chain, a remix of ‘Scapegoat’, and hummed his way into ‘The Morning’. Cosigns by other artistes helped make the charade continue, but the facts remained clear,; D’banj did not release any solo project under good music.

D’banj lost Don Jazzy, lost Mo’Hits Records, and lost his momentum. ‘Oliver Twist’ ( a Don Jazzy production), kept him alive musically, and so did the 2013 album, “D Kings Men”.  But ultimately, the damage was done. He has never recovered.

Ever since his split with Don Jazzy in 2011, there’s been a steady decline of D’banj’s musical powers, even though his celebrity went the other way. Each year brings another D’banj power move and endorsement deal, but the quality of the music takes a hit. 2013’s compilation album “D King’s Men” was a fantastic project which still stands as his best DB Records body of work, but it failed to catch on, with many attributing it to the lack of love from core fans who still blame him for splitting the indomitable Mo’Hits Records.

D'banj

But subsequent singles have found plenty of marketing yield little fruits, and the dissent from critics and listeners have always been felt. A few bright spots have made his case salvageable; ‘Top of the world’, ‘Feeling the nigga’ and 2016’s ‘Emergency’ have still kept his case for music credibility alive, but he manages to find new ways to come up with less-inspired sounds.

2016 has had his record label undergo severe changes, and almost fallen apart. His producer DeeVee split from the group, so also did his joker, Tonto Dikeh, who is seeking fulfilment from motherhood and other familial concerns. His other signees, 2kriss, have been without buzz nor content.

But he is coming through with two new singles for an album. And you begin to wonder if he still has enough juice left in the tank to push through another album release. This year marks his 11 year in the music industry. Three studio albums, two compilation albums, and an EP is a good run for the Nigerian music industry, but he intends to change that number with another project.

The singer’s album will be purportedly be dropping before the end of the year, and plans are already underway to commence the rollout of singles, and other promotional materials. With a bashed musical credibility, and a fanbase that pretty much has very little contemporary reason to follow the new music, only time and the content of his album will be determinants on if there’s enough left in D’banj for another D’banj album.

Without GOOD Music, chances are that the story would have been different. Maybe the split with Don Jazzy would have stilled happened, but for other reasons. GOOD Music hastened it, and took away from D’banj, more than it offered.

What fit people do to stay in shape plus how you too can

By Admin,
Here are some things really fit people do to stay in shape:
1. They don’t diet.
Have you ever known someone in really great shape who was constantly trying out every new fad diet?
Yeah, I didn’t think so.
Because for the most part, fit people don’t diet—they make healthy eating a part of their lifestyle.
While I recommend sticking to an 80/20 nutrition plan, ultimately, the key to staying fit and eating healthy is learning to listen to your body. What makes you feel good? What keeps you feeling full and energized throughout the day? What helps you kick ass during your workouts? What keeps you feeling and looking fit?
If you learn to answer these questions for yourself, you’ll soon be on the road to embracing healthy eating as a lifestyle, not following every new diet that comes along.
2. They find a way to enjoy exercise.
If you’re one of those people who absolutely dreads every minute of your approaching treadmill workout, and hate it even more once you’re there, it’s time to find a different approach to exercise.
Because more often than not, fit people find a way to actually enjoy—and even look forward to—their workouts.
And while that may not always mean they’re excited to lace up their sneakers and go for a run on a rainy day, it does mean that they like the feeling of being fit and value that more than their desire to sit on the couch.
If you really hate to exercise, the problem may be with your workout, not you. Everyone enjoys different things—I used to hate working out when running was all I did, but ever since I discovered HIIT, I can hardly go a day without working out.
So find something you like—whether it’s HIIT, sports, boot camps, CrossFit, or something else entirely—and start looking forward to your workouts, not dreading them.
3. They prioritize their health and fitness.
While most people let work, family, social engagements and other priorities get in the way of exercise, really fit people make exercise a priority no matter what.
Yes, this may mean having to get up 15 minutes earlier when you’d rather be sleeping, working out on vacation, or fitting in a workout even when your life seems busier than you can handle. But once you build up the habit, it actually becomes harder to not exercise because you become so used to prioritizing it in your life.
“People who are fit are the same as anyone else. The only difference is their level of commitment.” – Boxing champion Laila Ali
4. They don’t eat perfect 100% of the time.
Sure, there’s that rare person with 5% body fat that refuses even a single bite of chocolate and seems to be ok with it. But most of us need to cheat a little in order to keep our sanity.
Giving yourself a cheat meal or day every once in a while ensures you don’t feel bitter about your healthy diet and go crazy and binge on all the things you’re missing out on.
So don’t feel guilty if you enjoy a cookie, some dark chocolate or your favorite treat once in a while—just don’t let it become too frequent of a habit or you’ll end up losing all that hard work you put in during your workouts.
5. They get a lot of sleep.
If you still think being fit is only about how often you work out, you need to think again. Because one of the top things fit people do to stay healthy and fit isn’t exercise based at all—it’s sleep.
Not only does sleep give you the energy you need to work out on a regular basis, it also helps regulate your metabolism, repair your muscles, boost your athletic performance and more.
Aim for at least 7-8 hours each night, and you’ll be a healthier, fitter and a happier person overall.
6. They hang around other fit people.
You know that saying, “you are what you eat?” Well, you are who you eat with (and socialize with) as well.
Think about it: if all your friends are constantly getting fast food and donuts for dessert, and always choosing sedentary activities like going to movies or sitting around for hours, what do you think you’re going to do? Probably eat junk and sit around all day too.
On the other hand, if your friends are into healthy cooking, or trying new restaurants with local, fresh ingredients, and want to go bike riding or organize a pick up game of soccer for fun, you’re most likely going to join in and be more active as a result.
This may be difficult at first if you have old friends with unhealthy habits, but you can try and encourage them to be healthy too with small adjustments to your usual activities—and you can always try and meet some new more active, healthy friends as well.
7. They stay active outside of the gym
While fit people always make it a priority to get in planned exercise on a regular basis, they don’t limit exercise solely to the gym (or home gym)—they do all they can do stay active outside of their workouts as well.
So how can you start incorporating this into your own life? Here are a few ideas to get you started:
Walk wherever and whenever possible.
Pick active weekend activities like bike rides, hikes, or tennis.
Take the stairs. Always.
Choose active vacations. Hiking, kayaking, skiing, swimming, biking… there are so many possibilities!
Get up and move whenever you can. Sitting is bad for you. Move often.
And most of all, believe in yourself. You can do it. Now go get started.

There are many Mark Zuckerberg's in Nigeria- Ben Murray Bruce

           The common sense advocate took to facebook to encourage young Nigerian youths following Zuckerberg's visit to Nigeria,He went on to encourage them saying that thier are many Mark Zuckerberg's in Nigeria,bellow is an extract of what he posted on facebook;

"There is no field of human endeavor that Nigerian youths do not excel despite having some of the most challenging circumstances in the world.
Nigerian youths have ingenuity inbuilt in them. This is why I get sad when I read of youths complaining that the government is not giving them jobs.
Getting a job or being a worker can not cure the disease of poverty. It is only your own business that can cure poverty and give you the financial freedom you need to prosper.
That should be the end result of your education, not a job. And the way to start a business, to become an entrepreneur, is by knowing your purpose and understanding your talents.
That should be the focus of our youths. Recently, Mark Zuckerberg visited Nigeria. Do you know that he did not get to where he is today through a job? He used his ingenuity to create value and that became Facebook.
There are many Mark Zuckerberg's in Nigeria. The problem is that they are looking at government instead of looking inwards to their talents and skills!
And it is not only in the area of entrepreneurship that our youths can assert themselves.
Nigerian youths constitute 60% of the population. If our youths awake and unite to pool this massive power, Nigeria will have youth Presidents and youth governors.
If our youth do not unite and use their population to elect youth leaders, they will keep being leaders of a tomorrow that will never come!
This is why I want to appeal to Nigerian youths to stop allowing themselves to be divided by the old breed who have for years profited from dividing Nigeria along ethnic and religious lines.
What I see on social media does sometime give me cause for concern. Nigerian youths too often want to use their God given intelligence against each other over petty differences like tribe, religion and political affiliation.
In this era of change, let our youths be the change they want to see in Nigeria. Accept each other as one and start working to develop your God given talents. When you do, the old breed will have no choice but to grant you the empowerment that you desire.
My name is Ben Murray-Bruce and I just want to make Commonsense!"

the difference between iPhone7 and iPhone6

iPhone 7 And iPhone 6S:Here Is The Difference

Let’s break it down…

.The iPhone 7 (left above) and iPhone 6S (right above) are virtually identical on the outside Image credit: Apple
Design & Size – Good And Bad News
There’s no avoiding the most obvious external design change between the iPhone 7 and iPhone 6S: the removal of the headphone jack.
Yes, Apple has done the unthinkable (though predictable), citing “courage” to advance standards and advising users switch to wireless headphones if they want to be able to listen to music and charge the iPhone 7 at the same time.
Understandably the move will polarize users, especially with no wireless or quick charging to make scenario this less painful. Apple will include a 3.5mm to Lightning adapter in the iPhone 7 box, but for some this risky change will prove to be a deal breaker.

Recommended by Forbes
The other potential deal breaker is Apple has done almost nothing to change the external design of the iPhone now for three generations and physically the iPhone 7 and iPhone 6S (and iPhone 6) are almost identical:
  • iPhone 7 – 138.3 x 67.1 x 7.1 mm (5.44 x 2.64 x 0.28 in) and 138 g (4.87 oz)
  • iPhone 6S – 138.3 x 67.1 x 7.1 mm (5.44 x 2.64 x 0.28 in) and 143 g (5.04 oz)
Where the iPhone 7 has improved, however, is its durability as it retains the same tough Series 7000 aluminium as the iPhone 6S but also adds IP67 dust and water resistance which allows the phone to survive being fully submerged in water for up to 30 minutes. Yes, it’s a catch-up feature to rivals but a good one.

Another subtle change is the home button is now a fixed touch sensitive surface with haptic feedback. This should reduce button failures (a fairly common problem) and app developers will get access to allow custom haptic feedback patterns. Meanwhile Apple has also removed the antenna bands from the back of the iPhone 7 which gives it a cleaner look and integrated a speaker into the earpiece so users get loud external audio for the first time.
And in a final flourish, Apple has expanded the array of colour options for the iPhone 7 and it comes in Rose Gold, Gold, Silver, Black and (for just 128GB and 256GB options) Jet Black, though the Space Gray option has been ditched.

Displays – Minor Changes
Despite changing the smartphone industry with its Retina Display on the iPhone 4 in 2010, Apple has since been surpassed by rivals producing 1080p, 2K and even 4K OLED displays. But yet again Apple has stuck to its guns:
  • iPhone 7 – 4.7-inch LED-backlit IPS LCD, 1334 x 750 pixels (326 ppi), 65.6% screen-to-body ratio
  • iPhone 6 – 4.7-inch LED-backlit IPS LCD, 1334 x 750 pixels (326 ppi), 65.6% screen-to-body ratio
LED and 750p is undoubtedly getting long in the tooth, but Apple has boosted peak brightness on the iPhone 7 by 25%, introduced support for a wider (P3) colour gamut and better color management. All of which sees Apple declare the iPhone 7 to have a “cinema standard” display, but no this won’t match up to the OLEDs on Samsung’s Galaxy S7, S7 Edge and Note 7.

iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus displays have been upgraded but are still lagging behind rivals. Image credit: Apple
Meanwhile 3D Touch support is still there, even if its implementation in iOS 10 remains hit and miss as users are forced to guess which interface elements are enabled and which are not.
Performance – The Fastest Gets Faster
Even now some benchmarks claim the 2015 iPhone 6S is faster than Android’s 2016 flagships, but that hasn’t stopped Apple giving the iPhone 7 another significant speed boost:
  • iPhone 7 – Apple A10 Fusion chipset: Quad Core CPU, Six Core GPU, 2GB of RAM
  • iPhone 6S – Apple A9 chipset, CPU: Dual-core 1.84 GHz Twister; GPU: PowerVR GT7600, 2GB of RAM
Apple has yet to detail the iPhone 7’s exact CPU and GPU models and clock speeds, but it claims the range’s first ever quad core processor delivers 40% and 50% performance gains respectively over the iPhone 6S.

The A10 Fusion chipset makes the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus Apple’s fastest ever iPhones. Image credit: Apple
The iPhone 6S is still blisteringly quick, so this may not be a huge selling point though it does promise a great deal of future proofing. Some power users will decry the lack of a RAM upgrade, but it just doesn’t seem like iOS needs more right now.
More subtly, the iPhone 7 also provides a 50% boost to 4G speeds with a 300Mbit modem switched out for a 450Mbit unit (how often you get to test this in real life remains to be seen). Apple made no claims of improving Touch ID this year but again, it’s not necessary.
Cameras – The Samsung Fightback Begins
For the last two years Samsung has been the smartphone photography king, but the new iPhone 7 makes some very welcome changes after the iPhone 6S plateaued from the iPhone 6:
  • iPhone 7 – Rear: 12 megapixel sensor, f/1.8 aperture, Focus Pixels, Optical Image Stabilisation, quad-LED (dual tone) flash, 4K video recording. Front: 7MP sensor, f/2.2 aperture, 1080p recording
  • iPhone 6S – Rear: 12 megapixel sensor, f2.2 aperture, Focus Pixels, Software Image Stabilisation, dual-LED flash, 4K video recording. Front: 5MP Front Camera, f2.2 aperture, 720p video recording

The iPhone 7 (left) uses a new 6-element lens with greater aperture than the 5-element lens in the iPhone 6S (right). Image credit: Apple
The numbers to look for here are the significantly larger f/1.8 aperture, optical image stabilisation and a four LED flash with cool and warm tones, all of which should improve the iPhone’s biggest photographic weakness: low light photography.
In addition to this Apple has fitted the iPhone 7 with an all new 6-element lens, upgraded image signal processor and added support for wide colour capture which will boost colour accuracy. Meanwhile the front facing camera gets a bump to 7MP and, while still stuck at f/2.2, it delivers greater detail and 1080p video.

Of course the star of the show, however, is the iPhone 7 Plus and its dual rear cameras which provide 2x optical zoom and a much wider depth of field. But it remains extremely bulky for a 5.5-inch phone.

Battery Life And Charging – Better But Still Disappointing
Do you know what removing the headphone jack was meant to do in many users’ eyes? Create space for a much larger battery.
But it turns out most of that space was used to fit the haptics engine for the new touch sensitive Home button (not a trade off I expect many users support) – as such there’s only a moderate improvement in stamina from the iPhone 6S to the iPhone 7:

iPhone 7 vs iPhone 6S battery life shows some modest improvements. Image credit: Apple
Arguably even more frustrating, however, is Apple’s ongoing refusal to equip its iPhones with either fast charging or wireless charging. Given both have been common features on Android rivals for years and there is now just a Lightning port on the iPhone 7, their ongoing omission is deeply disappointing.
Storage And Price – Upgrades, But For All
Where Apple does catch up with rivals this year though, is storage.
The iPhone 7 finally ditches the loathed 16GB entry level tier and doubles storage across the range from 16/64/128GB to 32/128/256GB. This makes the iPhone 7 far better value for money, but making the upgrade decision harder is Apple has retroactively upgraded iPhone 6S storage as well:
  • iPhone 7 – 32GB ($649), 128GB ($749), 256GB ($849)
  • iPhone 6S – 32GB ($549), 128GB ($649)
This causes a conundrum. For example, is a 128GB iPhone 6S preferable to the same outlay for a 32GB iPhone 7? Personally I’d side with the newer model, but I can see some users being tempted to do the opposite – and the iPhone 7 Plus costs even more.

The iPhone 7 has a number of upgrades over the iPhone 6S, but it isn’t a game changer. Image credit: Apple
Bottom Line
The iPhone 7 is a bigger upgrade than cynics will claim. The added durability, water resistance, upgraded camera, performance gains, brighter display and bigger storage options are all welcome and – in some cases – overdue.
But the iPhone 7 also isn’t as big an upgrade as we are used to for an iPhone ‘number change’ year. The virtually identical design (fairly or unfairly) seems dated compared to rivals like the Galaxy S7 Edge and Note 7, while the lack of fast and wireless charging is inexcusable in 2016 and the removal of the headphone jack has the potential to backfire (it is less about “courage” than generating cash from licensing fees).
By now it is common knowledge that a radical upgrade will come in 2017 with the ‘all glass’ Edge iPhone to celebrate the range’s 10th anniversary. The iPhone 7 is predominantly a step forward, but it is unlikely to be remembered as a classic Apple release…

Bobby Shmurda, his sentence, his case and everything you need to know

By Admin :
Here’s a Timeline of Bobby Shmurda’s Criminal Case So Far.

If you’re an active purveyor of popular culture, it’s safe to say you know about Bobby Shmurda‘s legal woes. Before his criminal case became bigger than his music career, the Brooklyn native captivated the social media world when a Vine clip featuring him doing the Shmoney dance to his song “Hot N*gga” went viral. Daytime talk show hosts and some of the biggest superstars in the world were mimicking his dance and using his slang, making for one of the biggest rags to riches tales in recent memory. That meteoric rise included a recording deal with Epic Records worth $1.5 million dollars, kudos from rap’s elite and dominion as the hottest new artist to emerge from his native New York in some time.
The sudden fame could’ve been mistaken for a fairy tale. For Shmurda, it may seem that way today after having spent the better part of the past two years confined to a jail cell, with three hots and a cot and commissary ranking high on his list of luxuries.
On Dec. 17, 2014, Shmurda, whose street cred played a major part in his allure as a rap artist, was hit with eight charges, including conspiracy, reckless endangerment and criminal possession of a weapon. He was named in an indictment along with his gang, the G Stone Crips, otherwise known as GS9 hailing from the East Flatbush section of Brooklyn. The NYPD and the district attorney have pegged Shmurda and his street family as dangerous individuals with a thirst for gunplay and drug dealing, while Shmurda maintains that he’s just a kid trying to make the best out of his situation being targeted by authorities that would like nothing more than to see him spend his prime years behind bars.
Now the public will have to wait a few more months to see which side the coin of truth will ultimately land on since his trial has been delayed for another four months. The ongoing war between Bobby Shmurda and the justice system is a lengthy one that has taken an innumerable amount of twists and turns.
XXL compiles an extensive recap of all of the notable events that have taken place during Bobby Shmurda’s fight for freedom.
Bobby Shmurda and GS9 Are Arrested
On Dec. 17, 2014, Bobby Shmurda and members of his GS9 crew had been arrested while at Quad Studios in New York. Thirteen members of the crew were arrested and police recovered 21 weapons during the sweep, which took place after an intensive investigation of GS9's criminal activities. Sha Money XL, EVP of Epic Records and the man that signed Shmurda, was also
detained during the bust.
Charges Are Filed Against Bobby Shmurda and GS9
On Dec. 18, 2014, Bobby Shmurda and his GS9 cohorts were arraigned in Manhattan after being arrested at Quad Studios a day prior. The rapper, who was originally charged with conspiracy, reckless endangerment and weapons possession, arrived in court to face a situation that was more dire than anyone anticipated. In addition to the initial charges, Shmurda faced added counts of conspiracy in the second degree, three counts of conspiracy in the third degree, reckless endangerment in the second degree, two counts of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree and one count of criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.
If convicted on the conspiracy charges, Shmurda faced eight to 25 years in prison, and up to 15 years each on the three gun possession charges (which included the weapons possession charge he was hit with in June 2014). Shmurda would later plead not guilty on all charges on Jan. 29 and receive a bail of $2 million dollars. His then-lawyer, Howard Greenberg, said the bail would be posted by Epic Records, but it would soon be clear that Greenberg's statement was a bit premature, to say the least.

Smoking again? Obama’s Daughter, Malia Obama pictured standing next to a bong (Photos)

Malia Obama rocked a  “Smoking Kills” top to the Made in America Festival, and was later pictured standing next to a “bong”. A ‘bong’ is a filtration device used for smoking.

Notice the white guy secretly taking the photos? People have been blasting the guy for ‘snitching’ on her like the other white girl did, saying she definitely needs new friends.
See the photo below…

8 types of friends you must avoid, No.4 is very important

here are list of the 8 types of friends every one must avoid.

1. The Gossip

He/She likes talking about other people to you or to other friends, forget about them and move on because chances are that he/she is also talking about you to other people. If you have a friend who has also gossiped about you in the past, kick them out of your life. Friendship is all about loyalty.

2. One Who Only Comes When They Need Something

We all have that one friend who comes to us only when he/she is in need of something or needs our help. Anybody who shows such tendencies is not a friend but a leech and must be given the boot. Friendship should be about helping each other, not one being a provider for the other all the time.

3. The One Who Takes Without Asking

Like I mentioned earlier, friendship should be about respect. There are people who get close to you and feel like they can do practically anything and get away with it. Under no circumstance must your friend take anything that belongs to you without asking. That is a sign of disrespect and shouldn’t be encouraged. If your friend has the habit of taking your stuff without asking, drop that person since you don’t know what next they’ll be taking from you.

4. The Liar

We all lie, I know you’ll be saying that, but the truth is that some people have become habitual liars and such people are very dangerous. If he/she is lying about basically everything including who drunk the last sachet of water in the fridge, then move on, you can’t trust such a person. They might either lie about you to other people or might include you in a lie that’ll bring you problems.

5. The Back Stabber

This is the typical snake under grass kind of person. They are with you but once they get an opportunity, they’ll sell you out without batting an eye. You can’t and shouldn’t keep such people as friends because their loyalty level is in the negative. If you see a friend of yours stab another friend in the back or a friend stabs you in the back, drop that friend and move on. It’s better to know you’re alone that have people you call friends who are even not truly your friends.

6. The One Who Is Not There When You Need Him/Her

We all need each other once in a while. If your friend always has an excuse whenever you need him/her, then they are just playing you and you need to drop them. It’s understandable when they are occupied with something but this shouldn’t always be the case. If your friend always has something or somewhere to go anytime you need them, then they can’t be classified as friends.

7. The One Who Is Always Talking About Your Partner

We all feel this is cool but honestly, if your friend is always talking about your partner and complimenting them, you need to open your eyes and drop that lustful individual. It’s okay to be friends with our friends’ partners but the truth is, don’t do more than your friend. If all your friend does is to talk about your partner and how beautiful or handsome they are, then you don’t need such a friend. You can’t trust what such a person will do if left alone with your partner. Remember, we are humans.

8. The One Who Expects You To Always Pay

You’re not a bank or spender for your friends. The reason you guys are friends is to support each other. Yes, there are some friends who are unemployed and such friends can be excused but if your friend expects you to always pay when you guys go out or when something is bought whiles you’re around, then advice yourself.

Mikel injured - Super Eagles Coach, Rohr, Confirmes

By Admin.

The Technical Adviser of Nigeria national men’s football team, Gernot Rohr, has revealed that Super Eagles captain, John Obi Mikel, was injured in Saturday’s game against Tanzania.
Obi was surprisingly taken off early in the second half with the game still in a stalemate.
“Mikel asked to be replaced because he was injured and I took the precaution to do so because I did not want to hurt the club and the player,” Rohr, Super  Eagles Coach, confirmed after the game.
The Chelsea midfielder went close to scoring in Uyo on a number of occasions but was denied by Tanzania goalkeeper, Aishi Manula.
How ever, Obi , 29, has been inspired form for Nigeria lately, and impressed throughout for the Nigerian U23 side as they won the Bronze medal at the recently ended Olympic Games in Brazil.
Meanwhile, the Super Eagles went on to score the winner in the 78th minute after Mikel had left the pitch, with Manchester City forward Kelechi Iheanacho scoring a wonder-goal to start Rohr’s reign with a victory.
The nature of Mikel’s injury was not disclosed.

Charlyboy to Buhari - Nigeria will die in your hands

Nigeria will die in Buhari’s hands – Charlyboy
By Admin
Showbiz mogul, Charlyboy, popularly known as AreaFada, has urged President Muhammadu Buhari to take the welfare of the common Nigerians as his priority, else Nigeria and Nigerians will die in his hands.
In an open letter to the President, the outspoken media personality said Nigerians are surely dying and, quickly.
AreaFada wrote: “Mr President Sir, I trust that this meets you well.
“I know it has not been easy since you came on board, so many wahalas, so much yawa, frustration and hopelessness.
“First rule of leadership: everything is your fault. Sir, Nigerians are surely dying and, quickly. They can no longer see the light, they feel the Heat. The welfare of the common man must be your top priority henceforth or God forbid, Nigeria and Nigerians will die in your hands.
“Since you assumed office as President of Nigeria, there has been a remarkable dissonance within your government. I wonder who is in charge. Sometimes I wonder whose thoughts you’re thinking or whose agenda you’re executing; while at other times, I wonder if you are held hostage by the gangsters called The Cabal.
“Can you say you are oblivious of the hardship and suffering we all are going through? I remember two years ago when I visited the Aso villa, then occupied by your predecessor. During our discussion and my lamentation about the Nigerian youths I was not particularly shocked by a reaction that seemed like one throwing both hands in the air and saying “Charly, I am held hostage here, I am surrounded by enemies”.
“Sir, are you the one in charge or like your predecessor, are you being held hostage by the cabals and obnoxious sycophants, so much so that our plight and cries as Nigerians are none of your concern? Na wa o, this is certainly not the change we thought you promised or do we just assume that your words don’t mean much?
“Oga mi, abegi check the matter, you cannot ignore the five percent of voters who did not vote for you but whose resources the country depends on as alarm don blow, to cater for the 97 percent who voted for you. This kind “one chance” is sending a wrong signal to the whole country.
“Sometimes I just wonder how things can function properly when the formation and the foundation of the ruling party is not based on any sound ideology, but on frustration, bitterness, divisive politics and a gathering of strange bedfellows. Kai!!!
“Presido, this your war on corruption, is somehow o. Need I say that corruption is not only about stealing funds, it is also about putting bad people in prime positions who have neither the passion nor the qualification to do the bloody job. This form of corruption is crippling Nigeria, meeeen!!!
“As I scan through your ministries and key positions, I wonder how come it is full of village friends with the qualification to the post is just to be a clan member. When leaders, out of fear, realize that their lack of capacity could have consequential effects, they resort to nepotism to protect self.
“It should be a terrible thing to look over your shoulder when you are trying to lead, especially if you don’t know who and who is just washing you. Na so.
“My people, simple and short, fear dey catch me for the future of our country. I know that there is no vaccine against mismanagement/incompetence. Most Naijas may have concluded that the CHANGE mantra was only 419. There is great fear in the land, most people are not sure where the country is headed, and what many Nigerians are asking is whether you feel us, your subjects, if you feel our plight at all.
“I see so many of my people walking with their heads dangling over their shrinking shoulders, being swept by hunger and poverty in the land of plenty. God are you there?
“My people are desperate for someone to believe in, Nigerians needs a Talk and Do Presido, no go-slow for the matter because many things don scatter. We certainly need someone who practically leads us through this pain with sincere action and no

Things You didn't know about Kissing

Things you didn't know about kissing :
1. It increases life expectancy
Men who kiss their wives in the morning live five years longer than men who don’t.
2. It prevents tooth decay
Kissing increases the mouth’s production of saliva, which helps to clean the mouth and prevent tooth decay.
3. We swap more than just germs
We swap an average of 9ml of water, 0.7mg of protein, 0.18mg of organic compounds, 0.71mg of different fats and 0.45mg of sodium chloride when we lock lips.
4. But there are still A LOT of germs involved
One millilitre of saliva contains about 100,000,000 bacteria.
5. It actually burns calories – get kissing, ladies
Couples can burn anywhere between 2 and 26 calories per minute while kissing and can use up to 30 muscles.
6. We do a lot of it
The average person will spend an estimated 20,160 minutes of their lifetime kissing. That’s 336 hours, or 14 whole days.
7. Some more than others, it seems
The longest kiss ever recorded was 58 hours, 35 minutes and 58 seconds – nearly two and a half days.
8. Our brains know how to find our lovers lips
Sixty-six per cent of people close their eyes during a kiss. Our brains have special neurons that help us to locate each other’s lips in the dark.
9. It can stop us falling ill
There is some evidence, from past studies, to suggest that kissing provides us a means of protecting ourselves from certain viruses.
10. It’s more than just fun – it’s stress relieving
Holding hands and kissing reduces levels of the stress hormone cortisol, thereby lowering blood pressure and optimising immune response
11. There’s a scientific reason for why we want more
When you kiss someone for the first time you get a spike in dopamine, which makes you crave more.
If you find this important and educative don't be stingy and share it to your friends, it might help them too.

Reasons Why Your Vag!na Smell bad

Reasons the Vigina may have an odor :
There are several reasons why the va.gina may have an odor.
1. Poor Hygiene Women have many complicated parts and caring for them is not always easy to do. Your feminine odor may be nothing more than poor hygiene habits. Be sure wash the area carefully every day. Use soaps that are mild and have no fragrance. After using the restroom, wipe from front to back. Also, change underwear each day, even if you are not taking a shower.
2. Bacterial Vaginosis This problem occurs when an overgrowth of bacteria occurs in the va.gina. Va.ginal discharge is the main symptom of the condition, but it can also cause va.ginal odor. Many women do not have any symptoms. Other infections have to be excluded before treating bacterial vaginosis. Treatment includes gels to use on the va.gina and oral antibiotics. Even after a successful treatment, this condition can recur.
3. Trichomoniasis This is a sexually transmitted infection that is caused by a parasite and can occur in men or women. Symptoms do not always show up when a person has the infection, but some to look for include a discharge from the va.gina or urethral that looks green or like a froth, burning when you urinate, pain during se.x and itching in the genital area. Diagnosis is made by indentifying the parasite during an exam of the area. Antibiotics are used to treat the infection and it may recur after treatment.

Signs You have a healthy Sperm - for guys

Are your swimmers paddling up to par? These scientific study will help you figure it out.

You will need to have a medical check up session with your health provider to be accurately sure that things are fine with your semen. However, these scientific signs do suggest that you have a healthy $perm.

You are fit

Actually, you don’t even have to boast a six-pack – as long as you don’t have a gut (protruding belly), your semen is probably in tip-top shape.

Researchers from the Netherlands found that men with a waist circumference of 40 inches or greater had lower $perm concentrations and counts of normal-moving $perm than guys with a more whittled waist. It is believed that carrying too much weight – especially around your midsection – may interfere with the release of S3@.x:’ hormones, as well as the production and development of $perm.

You eat well

Harvard University researchers found that men who ate the most processed meat had significantly lower counts of normal-shaped $perm compared to those who consumed the lowest.

Fish, on the other hand, seemed to have a protective effect. Guys who ate the most fish – especially dark-meat kinds like salmon and tuna – had a 65 percent greater $perm concentration than those who ate the least. Credit fish’s omega-3s, since long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids play a part in $perm production, the researchers say. So if you’re looking to strengthen your swimmers, sub out your pepperoni topping for some anchovies.

You do not wear briefs

Wearing tight underwear could be suffocating your $perm, too.

A 2012 study from the U.K. found that men who wore boxer shorts instead of tight-fitting underwear were 24 percent less likely to have a low-motile $perm count. Motility, or how $perm swims, is important, because sluggish $perm can have difficulty reaching the egg to successfully fertilize it.

Loose-fitting underwear may result in lower scrotal temperatures compared to tight-fitting underwear, hence an improvement in semen quality. There’s also evidence that elevated testicular temperatures may hinder $perm production. So if you want to be on the safe side, let your junk breathe.

You exercise

Researchers from Harvard found that men who got their blood pumping in moderate to vigorous exercise 15 hours or more a week had a $perm concentration that was 73 percent higher than guys who didn’t work out at that intensity at all.

Not only does exercise help tamp down your weight – which can affect reproductive health – but it may also increase the expression of antioxidants throughout your body, the researchers believe. So regular gym sessions could actually prevent free radicals from damaging $perm cells. Researchers also found that guys who watched TV more than 20 hours a week had a $perm concentration that was 44 percent lower than those who kept the TV off.
Now don't be stingy, go ahead and share this to your friends or boyfriend on social media

Causes of Premature Ejaculation plus solution

What Causes Premature Ejaculation?

Although there is no universal definition, ejaculation is usually considered to be premature if it occurs within 2 minutes of intercourse or if the man can not control the ejaculation.

Premature ejaculation may be caused by stress, performance-related anxiety and other relationship issues. It can also be caused by hypersensitivity of the skin of the penis (in which case, numbing creams can help).

Who is affected by premature ejaculation?

Although the condition is more common in men under 35, it generally tends to occur in men who are dealing with a new situation, such as a new relationship, a new experience or a stressful situation in the relationship (e.g. tensions or conflicts).

A condition in need of further research

Unfortunately, the causes of premature ejaculation are not fully understood. This is partly due to lack of research/data on the condition, but also because of the underlying psychological factors which make it hard to identify a clear cause.

It is difficult to determine what causes premature ejaculation, whether it is caused by psychological factors, hypersensitive nerves in the penis or a combination of both.

In general, it seems that a combination of different techniques and treatments works best for men suffering from premature ejaculation (PE).

Lifelong Vs. acquired premature ejaculation

Lifelong premature ejaculation means that the problem has always existed since puberty, whereas acquired premature ejaculation indicates that someone started suffering from PE at some point later in his life.

Causes of lifelong premature ejaculation

Psychological issues are more common with men who have lifelong premature ejaculation than those who have acquired premature ejaculation later in life:

Some men may have conditioned themselves to ejaculate quickly in their adolescence (to avoid getting caught)
Some men may have become overly anxious with sex, because of a childhood trauma related to sex
There may be a cultural aspect too, especially if sex is considered inappropriate or shameful
Causes of acquired premature ejaculation

This type of premature ejaculation can be caused by both physical and psychological issues.

Stress and depression are common causes of acquired premature ejaculation just like relationship issues, conflicts and performance-related anxiety.

Physical causes of premature ejaculation include: conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, thyroid problems and prostate disease as well as binge drinking.

Some serious illnesses, such as multiple sclerosis can cause premature ejaculation, as they can result in nerve damage.

The impact of relationship issues

It is widely believed that relationship problems are a common cause of PE.

Relationship issues can lead to a vicious circle (for example, if a man's partner does not support him, but rather exacerbates his anxiety and fear of failure).

When relationship problems cause premature ejaculation, differences in a couple's sexual needs, fear of high expectations, anxiety concerning sexual satisfaction, lack of communication are likely causes.

Some men may also feel overwhelmed by what they consider sexually demanding partners and a lack of preparation for sexual intercourse.

Looking at treatments for an answer

Which treatment might be beneficial for you depends on what causes premature ejaculation in your case. Priligy is an anti-depressant specifically used to treat PE.

It's believed that the antidepressant works by relieving your anxiety, but it is not entirely clear why or how it works. Its positive impact on PE was initially observed as a side-effect when treating depressive patients.

The other possible treatment is an anaesthetic cream, EMLA that simply numbs your penis, reducing your sensitivity.

God Created Music On The 7th Day-Bosalin

God Created Music On The 7th Day-Bosalin
By Admin.
Bosalin, the CEO of signature entertainment and an indigenous igbo rapper have been giving advices to the upcoming artists (Youngins, as he calls them) recently via his social media handle.
In the recent weeks, he has been sending inspirational posts which was meant for Nigerian politicians and musicians using his twitter and facebook account.
On facebook (screen shots attached) he wrote, and I quote “Something tells me God didn’t just rest on the 7th day. He created music, I mean can you imagine the world without music?? Such a beautiful thing that can be used to empower, enlighten, educate, console, provoke, entertain but why do we largely dwell on the past in this part of the world? The future Felas, Bob Marleys, 2 Pacs, Lauryn Hill, is sacrificed for what so we can have a laugh and dance away our ignorance?.”
The rapper who recently came back from South Africa to Nigeria went on to advice the upcoming Nigerian musicians, still on facebook, he said “it hurts that you have to listen to old school or gospel music to be inspired these days. Youngins only make music about money they’re yet to make, everybody talking tough, everybody is now a gangster even people wey no enter bush, most artists (I’m not exonerating myself) hide their true emotion coz they are scared to sound weak/poor, I guess fake is the new real?,” He went on and on, the rest of the text you can see on the attached screenshots below.
In my opinion, if other top artists in the country can give out to the citizens and music lovers the much Bosalin has given out the past few weeks, things would be very much better than it currently is in the Nigerian music industry and Nigeria as a whole.
